Meta Title: 3/4" Rusco Spin-Down Sediment Filter - 60 Mesh | 250 Micron | 750-60-F

Meta Description: Rusco 3/4" Spin-Down filter with 60 mesh polyester screen filters particles down to 250 microns. 150 PSI rated, 1-25 GPM flow, reusable & flushable. Ideal for well water, irrigation, and whole house filtration. SKU 750-60-F.

Product Description:

The Rusco 3/4" Spin-Down Sediment Filter (750-60-F) is a whole-line sediment pre-filter designed to capture sand, grit, rust, and fine particulate before it reaches your valves, pumps, fixtures, or downstream filtration equipment. Equipped with a 60 mesh polyester screen — rated at 250 microns — it targets the fine sand and medium-grit particles that are the most common culprits behind valve seat erosion, drip emitter clogging, and premature filter cartridge wear.

Unlike traditional cartridge filters that require regular element replacement, the Rusco Spin-Down uses a reusable, cleanable polyester mesh screen housed in a transparent polycarbonate bowl. The clear housing lets you see sediment accumulation at a glance — no guessing when it's time to flush. When the bowl fills, simply open the built-in flush valve at the bottom to purge collected sediment without interrupting flow or removing any components. The screen itself can be removed, rinsed, and reinstalled in minutes, keeping ongoing maintenance costs close to zero.

The 3/4" female NPT connections thread directly onto standard 3/4" pipe, making the 750-60-F a natural fit for residential well systems, point-of-entry whole house installations, irrigation mainlines, and equipment protection applications. Rated to 150 PSI with a flow range of 1–25 GPM, it handles the demands of most residential and light commercial systems comfortably.

Rusco filters are proudly made and assembled in the USA and are backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.

Key Features:

Industries & Applications:

  • Residential Well Water Systems — The most common application for the Rusco Spin-Down; installed at the pressure tank outlet as a whole-house pre-filter to protect water softeners, carbon filters, and downstream fixtures from sand and sediment common in well water
  • Irrigation & Landscape — Protects drip emitters, micro-sprinklers, and inline drip valves from the fine sand and grit that cause clogging and premature failure on pressurized irrigation systems
  • Agriculture & Greenhouses — Used on water supply lines feeding fertigation systems, drip tape headers, and greenhouse irrigation equipment where sediment-free water is critical to emitter performance
  • Livestock & Agricultural Water Supply — Pre-filters water lines feeding troughs, automatic waterers, and cooling systems to prevent sediment buildup in float valves and supply lines
  • Whole House Point-of-Entry Filtration — Installed upstream of water softeners, iron filters, and cartridge housings to extend media and cartridge life by removing bulk sediment before it reaches finer filtration stages
  • RV, Cabin & Remote Water Systems — Compact size and simple flush maintenance make it well-suited for seasonal or off-grid water systems where filter cartridge availability is limited
  • Light Commercial & Industrial Utilities — Equipment protection on process water lines, cooling systems, and recirculating loops where sand or rust particles could damage pumps, valves, or heat exchangers
