Many orders ship the same day they are placed! On average you can expect your order to ship out within 1-2 business days. There are some exceptions when items are scarce or stock shipments get delayed. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) associated with your order. Please check your spam and junk folders for this email, as it may be miscategorized by some email platforms. *Orders with expedited shipping methods (UPS Three Day Select, Second Day Air or Next Day Air) placed after 1pm EST will ship the following business day. Our shipping facilities are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. 

When Will My Order Ship?: Any orders that would normally ship out on any of the days above will now ship the following business day.

Why the closings?: Our team is our biggest asset at Maxx Supply, and we think they deserve some time off to spend with friends and family for the holidays. We love PVC a lot, but we love our families more!

Can I still shop online?: Yes! Our online store will be up and available for shopping 24/7 throughout the holidays. Other than the days listed above, our offices and warehouse will be open and fully operational Monday - Friday.

Shipments can take between 1 to 8 days for delivery from time of purchase depending on shipping destination and inventory distribution point. At times, this time frame may be expanded due to circumstances beyond our control. See below for more information on UPS shipping methods. Larger orders may need to be shipped via truck/freight line due to size restrictions. 

When determining your shipping timeline the day the order ships is NOT included in transit time, Saturday and Sunday are NOT included in transit time. If an order is placed after 1pm eastern time it will not ship until the next business day. An order placed on Tuesday before 1pm eastern time will likely ship Tuesday and Wednesday would be the first day of transit time. An order placed on Tuesday after 1pm eastern time will ship Wednesday afternoon, and Thursday would be the first day of transit, Friday would be the second day, and Monday would be the third day.

United Parcel Service (UPS)

UPS GROUND - This is the most cost effective and popular UPS shipping method. Depending on where you live in the United States, you can expect your order to have a 1-5 day transit time on average (The day the package ships along with Saturday and Sunday are not included in the transit time). See our UPS Ground transit time map here. UPS is unable to ship to PO boxes. Example: An order placed after 1pm eastern time on Tuesday will likely ship Wednesday afternoon. Based on your location to our shipping facility, it could take up to 5 business days for the package to arrive. Thursday would be day 1 and the next Wednesday would be day 5.

UPS 3 DAY SELECT - Delivered by the end of the third business day (from pickup date*). Available only in the contiguous 48 states. (The day the package ships along with Saturday and Sunday are not included in the transit time).  Example: An order placed after 1pm eastern time on Tuesday will likely ship Wednesday afternoon and have 3 days after that for delivery on Monday. 

UPS 2ND DAY AIR - Delivered by the end of the second business day (from pickup date*). Available in 50 US states. Some Alaska and Hawaii shipments may require additional transit time. (The day the package ships along with Saturday and Sunday are not included in the transit time). Example: An order placed after 1pm eastern time on Tuesday will likely ship Wednesday afternoon and have 2 days after that for delivery on Friday.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR - Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day (from pickup date*), depending on destination. Available in 50 US states. Some Alaska and Hawaii shipments may require additional transit time. (The day the package ships along with Saturday and Sunday are not included in the transit time). Example: An order placed after 1pm eastern time on Tuesday will likely ship Wednesday afternoon and have 1 day after that for delivery on Thursday.

UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER - UPS Next Day Air Saver is an overnight shipping mail service that offers expedited next-day shipping at a slightly lower rate than regular UPS Next Day Air®. Regular UPS Next Day Air has a guaranteed commitment of 10:30 a.m. the next morning after shipping. Alternatively, UPS Next Day Air Saver promises guaranteed next-day delivery between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to commercial addresses and same-day delivery to residential addresses. 

Weekend Delivery with UPS: While big corporations have worked out deals with carriers to deliver on weekends, UPS does not include weekend delivery in their standard shipping options. You can expect to receive your order from Maxx Supply on a business day. If you require Saturday delivery please contact us to arrange this service. There is an additional charge for this option.

Damages

Though we work tirelessly to ensure nothing goes wrong with your purchase and delivery, occasionally damages do occur. We ask that you inspect your package(s) for damage at the time of delivery. Maxx Supply is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping, but we do our best to work with UPS in ensuring any issues with your order are resolved to your satisfaction.
