Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization. Before returning any merchandise, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This process ensures efficient handling and accurate processing of your return.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date. Refunds will be processed for the product cost only, minus applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges. Returns requested beyond the specified timeframe may be declined at our discretion.

Restocking Fees

Returns for reasons other than shipping damage or manufacturer defects are subject to restocking fees to cover administrative and processing costs. These fees average approximately 25% of the returned item's value, though the exact amount may vary based on specific circumstances.

Important Notice: Restocking fees may apply even if an order is canceled prior to shipment. We strongly recommend reviewing all order details carefully before submission to avoid unnecessary fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

Pipe Products All pipe sales are final upon order placement and cannot be canceled or returned.

Fabricated Items Custom-fabricated fittings are specially manufactured to order and cannot be accepted for return by the manufacturer. These items are typically identified by "F" or "FB" suffixes in the part number. Please verify all specifications, quantities, and part numbers before ordering.

Duct Products All PVC and CPVC duct components are non-returnable.

Special Orders and Custom Items Products that have been specially ordered or modified per customer specifications are ineligible for return.

Clearance and Discontinued Items All clearance, discontinued, or closeout merchandise is sold as final sale.

Shipping Damage and Manufacturing Defects

Should you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our sales team immediately upon receipt. We require inspection of all packages upon delivery to identify any shipping-related damage.

Promotional Offers and Price Adjustments

Returns followed by repurchase of identical items to capitalize on promotional pricing are prohibited. For promotional item returns or exchanges, refunds will be limited to the amount originally paid, less applicable shipping and restocking fees.

Critical Requirement: No merchandise will be accepted without a valid RMA number issued by our sales team. Please obtain authorization before shipping any returns to ensure proper processing.
