The 437-526 is a PVC Schedule 40 reducing bushing with a spigot (male) inlet and socket (female) outlet, reducing from a 6" line down to a 1-1/4" branch or outlet. This male-end bushing is designed to slip directly into an existing 6" socket fitting or pipe end, eliminating the need for an additional coupling or adapter when stepping down to a smaller diameter.

Manufactured from rigid PVC compound meeting ASTM D1784 cell classification requirements, this bushing is solvent cement welded using standard PVC cement and primer per ASTM D2564. The Schedule 40 wall thickness provides reliable pressure-rated performance suitable for both pressure and non-pressure piping applications across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and municipal systems.

The 437-526 is commonly used in distribution manifolds, pump discharge assemblies, irrigation mainlines, and process piping systems where a significant diameter reduction is needed in a compact, low-profile fitting. Its all-PVC construction makes it corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and compatible with a broad range of chemicals and fluids.
