This 3" Schedule 40 PVC Slip Cap provides a permanent, solvent-cement closure for any standard 3" PVC pipe end in commercial and light industrial piping systems. Constructed in white Schedule 40 PVC, it offers the corrosion resistance and chemical compatibility required across a wide range of fluid handling applications where a pipe end must be sealed definitively, flush, and without the need for threaded fittings or additional transition hardware.

The slip socket interior is sized to accept a 3" PVC pipe end for a permanent solvent-cement bond, enclosing the pipe terminus in a clean, dome-shaped cap profile that withstands system pressure from within. Unlike a spigot plug, which closes an unused port on an existing fitting hub, the slip cap terminates the pipe run itself — making it the correct choice when a 3" pipe end is being permanently closed at the end of a main, a dead-leg branch, or a stubbed-out future connection point.
