Returns

At Maxx-Supply.com we are dedicated to your satisfaction with the product and service you receive from us. We understand that each individual case is different, and that's why we handle returns and exchanges on an individual basis. Your return will be for the material only, less the restock fee, and original shipping charges. We strive to resolve each and every issue fairly and reasonably. In the event you encounter a problem with one of our products, please contact us by emailing sales@maxx-supply.com or calling us at 803-329-6299 (MAXX). We will supply you with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) which will help us process your return quickly and accurately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Re-Stocking Fees:

In the event of a return for reasons other than damages or incorrect parts received, a factory restocking fee may be charged to cover administrative and factory expenses. This fee will vary depending upon multiple factors but is on average approximately 25% of the price of item(s) being returned. Your return will be for the material only, less the restocking fee, and original shipping charges. To ensure you are not subject to a restocking fee, please understand that once an order is placed a fee can be charged, even if the order is canceled before shipment is complete. Please double-check all orders before submitting them.

Orders may be returned and refunded (less applicable restocking fees) up to 90 days after the initial order was placed. Any returns after this 90-day period are eligible for store credit only. There are a few items that are final sale and cannot be returned. See below for this list of items.

Non-Returnable Items:

All Pipe

All pipe sales are final at the point of order placement. Pipe orders cannot be canceled or returned.

All Fabricated Items

Some fittings are used very rarely and so manufacturers fabricate them instead of creating an entirely new mold. These fittings are specially made by hand and will not be taken back by the manufacturer. For this reason we cannot offer returns on fabricated items. Please double check your sizes, quantities and part numbers before placing any fabricated orders. Generally fabricated fittings are denoted with an F or FB at the end of the part number.

All Duct Products

All PVC and CPVC duct parts are non-returnable.

All Custom or Special Order Items

Any items that have been special ordered or modified at the customer's request may be ineligible for return.

All Clearance Items

Any item that is on clearance, discontinued, or a closeout special is considered a non-returnable item and the sale is final.

International Orders:

We are unable to accept returns on international orders at this time. International orders are final sale.

Damages

In the event of a shipping damage or manufacturer defect please contact us at sales@maxx-supply.com or call us at (803) 329-6299 (MAXX) to resolve the issue. We ask that you inspect all package(s) for damage upon receipt of your shipment. 

Promotions / Price Changes

At times Maxx-Supply.com may run promotional offers. Return and subsequent purchase of the same items to take advantage of said promotional offers is prohibited. In the event of a return or exchange of a promotional item, only the amount paid at the time of original purchase will be returned or credited back (less any shipping or restocking fees).

Where to Send Returns

PLEASE NOTE: No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) form issued by our customer service team. Please contact us for an RMA before sending any product back.

Please note that our Company will never request changes to our banking information or mailing or remittance address via email. If you ever receive an email requesting a change to our banking information or mailing addresses, please do not respond and notify us immediately via our main telephone number.
