Reducing Tee, Slip X Slip X Slip 12" x 12" x 8" (C601-668)
This 12" x 12" x 8" PVC DWV reducing wye joins a smaller branch line into a large-diameter main run at a sweeping 45° angle, the geometry that keeps drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems flowing freely. The gradual entry angle minimizes turbulence and solids buildup at the junction, making the wye the preferred fitting wherever a branch ties into a primary gravity line. The reducing configuration accepts a 12" run on both the inlet and outlet with an 8" branch connection, eliminating the need for a separate reducing bushing or coupling at the tie-in.
Molded from white PVC for non-pressure DWV service, this fitting features solvent-weld socket (hub) connections on all three ports for fast, permanent, leak-resistant joints when used with the appropriate primer and cement. Its corrosion resistance, smooth interior bore, and light weight make it well suited to large-diameter commercial and institutional drainage where cast iron would add cost, weight, and installation labor. At 12" diameter, this is a heavy-duty fitting engineered for high-volume waste and stormwater collection runs.
